We begin with a conversation about your child, your family and what you would most like support with. Where appropriate, I observe your child within their familiar environment before we explore practical ideas together.

You'll receive personalized suggestions based on your child's developmental needs, your home and your family's priorities.

We may explore:

• Montessori-inspired changes to the home

• Toys, materials and activities

• Routines and everyday participation

• Behavior and developmental needs

• Communication and connection

• Practical strategies for challenges you are currently experiencing

Hourly visit

Sometimes one consultation gives you exactly what you need.

Sometimes you would simply like someone to walk alongside you for a little longer.

Ongoing hourly visits allow us to revisit what you have tried, observe changes, work through new challenges and gradually adapt your child's environment and your approach as they grow.

There is no need to commit to a long program.

Book support when you need it.

This may be particularly helpful during periods of transition, changing developmental stages or when a particular challenge is proving difficult to navigate alone.

Understanding your child. Strengthening your connection 

For parents and carers who would like to go beyond individual strategies and develop a deeper understanding of respectful, effective communication.

Over eight weeks, we explore the foundations of communication and relationships with children, drawing on Parent Effectiveness Training (P.E.T.) alongside child development and Montessori principles.

Rather than focusing simply on “What should I do when my child does this?”, the program explores the deeper question:

“How can I understand what is happening between us — and respond in a way that protects our connection?”

Together, we can explore topics such as:

 

• Understanding needs

• Learning to recognize the needs beneath behavior

• Listening & empathy

• Developing communication that helps children feel genuinely heard and understood

• Expressing yourself clearly

• Learning to communicate your own needs without blame, criticism or unnecessary conflict

• Conflict resolution & problem-solving

• Finding ways through disagreements while respecting both the child's needs and your own

• Boundaries & cooperation

• Understanding how clear boundaries and connection can coexist

• Building lifelong communication skills

• Developing patterns of communication that can continue to evolve as your child grows

Support, wherever you are

Not every family can meet in person — and sometimes you simply need support from the comfort of your own home.

Video consultations can be used for:

​

• Parent/carer guidance

• Follow-up consultations

• Communication support

• Discussing a particular challenge

• Reviewing changes you have made at home

• Ongoing support between home visits

​

Video sessions can also be incorporated into an ongoing support package where appropriate.
