Fundamental factors that positively influence a baby's psychological development are unconditional love, acceptance and attentions to their needs. It is very important to keep in mind the little one's need to develop trust and attachment to caring adults. This can be achieved by promptly and appropriately responding to their needs. An ordered and uncluttered environment is also very important to promote the construction of internal order. Finally the promotion of independence can greatly assist the little one's healthy psychological development, by allowing an ever increasing freedom of movement in a safe and stimulating environment.
